Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Crusader Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll do our best to assist when possible.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed Orders

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
